Condo Rentals
We have 3 condos all located at Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina. We believe there is no better location. Not only is it beautiful, but the resort also offeres excelent amenities in a great location. At the resort, you will find 2 different beach bar/resturants located diectly on the sand. Upstairs from the beach bars you will find a beautiful upsacale dinning experience. Sapphire also has a breakfast and coffee shop as well as a boutique for shopping. On the beach you will find sand art, beach rentals, vollyball and other yard games. The waters are crystal clear with lots ..and lots of reef to snorkel! If you decide to leave the resort, you are only one mile from town where you will find more resturants, shops, and the ferry. You won’t find a better spot on the island!
IRIE PARADISE
IRIE Paradise sits on the beach giving you easy access to the beautiful turquoise water. It sits directly behind the 2 level pool & is only steps from the marina! This unit is a 2 story villa with a balcony on each floor. Downstairs is the living/kitchen area with a queen sleeper sofa, full bath and amazing views!
IT’S AN IRIE LIFE
Come enjoy your Irie life on the Marina. You’ll have easy access to all the excursions the Marina has to offer and still only be steps from the beach! It’s an IRIE life is a two story unit that sleeps 6. Downstairs you’ll find a kitchen, living room with a pull out sleeper sofa and a full bathroom.
SAIL AWAY IRIE
Step into your own slice of heaven! From the Balcony you will be able to enjoy views of the Sapphire waters with St John in the distance. The Marina is located directly in front of this unit, and you are only steps from the beach. Boating adventures are just right outside of your door! Inside the condo you will find it all newly remodeled.

We stayed here for 1 night before our boat charter and the apartment worked out perfectly for us. It was clean, free of clutter, and looked better than photos. Paige was friendly & very accommodating with early check in & also late check out. The pool and beach area are great also. Thank you!

We loved our stay! The condo had everything we needed, and Paige was a very responsive host. I loved that you could see all the way out to neighboring islands from everywhere but the bathroom! We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning, and a nightcap after sunset. We made breakfast and coffee each day there, and ate at Sudi's (up the hill) and the pizza/snack/bar place a couple of times, as well as took cabs into Red Hook for dinner a couple times. Easy, and all delicious. There was always ample space at the pool. We'd walk over to the beach in the morning around 10 to get a couple of chairs set up near some shade and spend most of the day right there. Great place to swim, too. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I stayed from March 19-March 25th and had an absolute blast staying at sapphire beach. My kids 5 & 8 had a blast using the pool and loved playing on the beach, especially the beach volleyball. The place is very spacious and the updated bathrooms are very nice. Sapphire Beach resort is very convenient as there are multiple food options on site as well as this place was an easy 2 min walk to Sudi's restaurant for a change of pace. Red Hook was a 2 minute $6 cab ride to go grab other food and supplies for the week. Our host responded to every question we had and more faster than I've ever had with an Airbnb. Overall it was a great time and we would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Paige's condo! The space was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family of four. The views were absolutely breathtaking—it truly doesn’t get much better than this! The condo was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge convenience. Paige was also quick to respond when we needed extra paper towels and TP, which we really appreciated. Overall, this was one of our favorite stays ever, and we’d love to return next year. Highly recommend this beautiful spot to anyone looking for an unforgettable St. Thomas getaway!

Paige’s villa was a beautiful place, the view was the best I’ve ever seen overlooking St.John and surrounding island’s.The villa was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The pool area and beach were clean and beautiful and never felt over crowded as you could always find a nice place to sit and relax and take in the views.I highly recommend Paige’s place , it is paradise!!!

The view from the balcony is a 15/10! Paige’s place is in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach’s main area. The resort has great parking which is free. We did not receive check in instructions from Airbnb but when I messaged Paige for them she responded in just 4 minutes. The resort is just minutes from the Ferry over to St Johns. I couldn’t recommend Paige’s place more.
